Stress is a great temptation for our system.  Our brain and body can react quite favourably to moderate physical and mental pressure. Working hard and mastering challenges, even if imperfectly, can be fun.

As with any activity that absorbs us, it can turn into a trap. If we fail to let go of it,  the stress kick insinuates itself into the system and leaves us with a narrowed mindset. Once we can't fathom anymore how to approve of ourselves other than through checked off tasks and accompishments, we lose ourselves in a maze of mirrors.

Very quickly then our output and efficency decrease.  Trying to catch up we allow ourselves to get caught in a neverending wheel.

Business Karate interrupts that loop and forces us to explain ourselves out of ourselves, not our achievements.  It prevents us from cheating on ourselves and thus protects our health in the long run.
